We may make occasional requests to use parts of your slideshow for sample viewing purposes on our website, or restored photos for our website or brochures, but will never do so without your written consent. We value our customers privacy, and agree to never do anything to compromise your personal information or your submitted materials.

Limits of Liability
A Moving Life is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected mail, and A Moving Life takes no legal responsibility for any losses or damages of any kind. Customer is aware that all DVDs are typically produced in DVD-R format (unless previously arranged), and no refunds will be issued due to personal DVD player incompatibility. You can check to see if your DVD player will view DVD-R discs on this website. By submitting an order, Customer declares and warrants that all photo materials provided for slideshow production are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customer will indemnify and hold A Moving Life, and it's owner(s), harmless in respect to any claims or demands by any third party that infringes upon any copyright law. The materials submitted were either created by Customer or Customer has the right to permit A Moving Life to perform duplication services, or Customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate photo materials. If you choose to use copyrighted music material in your purchased DVD, you must obide by the Fair Use Provision of the music copyright laws. A Moving Life agrees to legally purchase music files on your behalf from reputable online retailers for one time use in your slideshow. By purchasing a DVD from A Moving Life, you, the customer, agree to use the slideshow for personal use ONLY and not for fee-based public exhibition or for resale.

The Fair Use Provision of the music copyright laws contains the following criteria:
1. The user owns a lawfully-acquired or purchased copy of the original work.
2. Few copies are made.
3. There is no significant effect on the market, or potential market, for the copyrighted work.
4. No similar product (i.e. DVD slideshow) is marketed by the copyright holder.
5. Once the music is included in your DVD, the song file is deleted to prevent further use.

Acknowledgement
Having read and understood this agreement, you acknowledge its priority to any order, engagement or advertisement, and agree to its terms. By placing an order with A Moving Life, and receiving these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that this is a binding legal agreement between A Moving Life, and users of DVD slideshow authoring services provided by A Moving Life. All productions and services are provided by A Moving Life via http://www.amovinglife.com.
